Third Party Administrator (TPA)

Veteran Catastrophe Services (VCS) offers Third Party Administrator programs to handle your residential and commercial property claims. Acting as your claims department we can seamlessly manage your daily and catastrophe claims. Our goal is provide a customized plan for each carrier so that your organization can keep essential functions in-house, if desired. For carriers that prefer to outsource the entire claims process we have the ability to handle every aspect of a loss from FNOL to final settlement. If a loss requires post settlement services (appraisal and/or engineer inspections) we can manage that process too.

We maintain a database with thousands of adjusters throughout the country. VCS utilizes former staff adjusters and military veterans whenever possible. Every file is thoroughly reviewed by an Examiner for accuracy prior to settlement. Large losses are double reviewed, at a minimum, to ensure proper coverage, reserves, and subrogation requirements were addressed. All assignments are made through Xactanalysis so we can manage every step of the claim process. Our carrier partners are given Xactanalysis logins so that they can run Xactanalysis reports and monitor each step of the claims process from initial contact to final settlement.
