Our field staff consists of experienced senior adjusters on all your files, with an emphasis on hiring veterans of the United States Military who have transitioned into the insurance adjusting profession of serving our vendors’ clients in their time of need. We believe in helping those who have served to serve once again. Our turnaround time standard (start to finish) is an average of less than five working days. We firmly believe that the quicker a claim is paid, the lower the indemnity amount becomes for the vendor.
We train our adjusters to always look for subrogation, salvage, SIU potential, coverage issues etc., and have incentivized them to do so. Our management team checks every adjuster’s work to ensure the highest quality product is being returned to our vendors. We run background checks on everyone working for us. We verify license compliance and educational credentials for every adjuster.
